Staff were friendly and service was quick. Prices were average. The beef Teriyaki was delicious! General Tso's chicken was not the best I've had. While it was still okay, it's not what I would call General Tso's chicken. The fried rice was also pretty good. I'd go back again, but not my first choice. Free hot tea was available.

I grew up in Bridgton. I've since lived all around the country sampling many Cantonese American restaurants along the way... Ruby Food is still a favorite!

Ruby's food is delicious! The ruby fried rice is the best everything delicious is in that fried rice! All their appetizers are so yummy too!! The sun gum chow mien is really good too! An the crab ragoo a are sooo good! Just super great chinese food in bridgton Maine! Prices are great too! Highly recommend Ruby's food!

We ordered the vegetables with steamed rice and the rangoons. Veges were fresh and snappy and the wontons were clearly fresh as well. Delicious food and great quality. Will come back!

Don't go here if you like your food spicy. I get the same dish everywhere I go so I can compare between restaurants. I always ask for it to be made extra spicy. For the first time in 10 years of doing this, I was charged $1.00 for making it spicy. The food may be good, but I don't appreciate being nickel and dimed. There are many other options for Chinese around and I will patronize them instead.

Ya know - it's not the fanciest of places, eh, not a romantic Chinese date night, but - I grew up on NYC Chinese food, on the Island, & in Chinatown. There was something strangely reminiscent of that growing up food - just good solid standard dishes, with a few more exotic thrown in... good service, nice counter folks, it's just reliable. It's the only Chinese restaurant tween about Wyndham and Freyburg so - good that you can enjoy it! I actually go pretty frequently, and would even *if* I didn't live just steps down the street 🤭🙂.

I have given this place over 10 years to make a change but it gets worse and worse. AVOID!! Just walking by this place i get nauseous. It is some of the most disgusting, inedible food. We burp and taste the grease. The meat is gristly and sour tasting. The board of health needs to shut this place DOWN. I dont think the grease trap or the restauraunt has been cleaned since they opened. AVOID AT ALL COST

Decent food (I only get the appetizers or Moo Shu); very friendly and professional staff; and, they have had the proper procedures in place for COVID-19 months ago.

Very good food and service

I would not order any Chinese Food any where else in this area. Nobody can top the great food or hospitality there. The only other place I order Chinese is in Saco Maine at China House. Ruby Food & China House I could compare as one in the same all around.

Food was decent enough but could use improvements. My biggest issue was that the staff were not helpful, they did not try to answer my questions, were extremely dismissive, and did not make any attempts to make us feel welcome.

New year's eve! 1 1/2 hr wait and didn't mind. Girls up front slammed taking orders with smiles on their face and joking with customers. Before you ordered they gave you a heads up on how long your order would take. Brought food home and was delicious. Ate for two days! Portions were perfect. Will order there again! 👍

The meal sizes were a great deal bigger than anticipated which was very pleasant since we got to take the food home. The batter was a bit thick for the sweet and sour chicken. And the sweet and sour sauce was quite strong but good. The other food was very good. The place is nice and petite and the service is good as well. It also does takeout which was quite nice as well.

Very consistent! Same great taste that they had in the 90s. My go to is the chicken with garlic sauce! And this is also one of the last places that has tasty Chinese style chicken fingers and you can tell it's actually chicken!
